McNeill Crawls!

Hope everyone has had a great week. McNeill is now crawling (on her forearms) and has two teeth! She won't let me take a picture of her teeth, but hopefully soon!

McNeill LOVES pressing her face up against the side of her pack and play. She looks so silly.

She is still not napping well at daycare so she usually falls asleep as soon as we get home or on the way home. Poor baby...

And, this was on one of Drew's study breaks. It is too much trouble getting both Drew and McNeill to look at the camera :)

Sally's Bday, Work, 6 Months and Football

A lot has happened since the last time I posted....

McNeill has been sick this week so she went to Arab and stayed with her grandparents for a few days. Drew and I enjoyed having date nights, but we missed her like crazy!! We took her to Arab on Monday night and were able to celebrate Sally's 70th birthday. My Aunt Sally is one of the best women I know! She is so thoughtful, ALWAYS doing things for others. We had a wonderful dinner celebrating her.

I have changed my work schedule and am now working at Alabama Pain Physicians Monday-Thursday. I miss my friends at Oak Mountain so much but I am really enjoying having all day off on Friday with McNeill!! We enjoyed our play time this Friday.

McNeill turned 6 months old on the 1st. Her check up isn't until Friday...I cant wait to see how big she is! She is babbling a lot more and is very busy. Her new favorite thing is Lucy. She just smiles at Lucy and pulls her hair. Luckily Lucy just sits there and lets her do it. When McNeill got back from Arab I think she was just as excited to see Lucy as she was us.

I had the hardest time trying to take her picture. She was more interested in the paper and eventually got it and ate it (after spitting up carrots on her dress).

And Lastly, The Laney's have a football kick-off party at their home every year. This year was extra fun with all the new kiddos! Can you tell my child spits up a lot? :)

Their expressions are classic.

These are the Arab children at the party. Owen (Matt and Kristin Fall), McNeill, Micah (Jake and Blair Kelley), and Anna Scott.

It looks like McNeill is telling Owen, "Everything will be all right."

War Eagle!!
