I never got around to uploading any new pictures last week. I love this one of her looking at her daddy during bath time.



McNeill has always been a good sleeper but over this past week she has turned into a great sleeper! (I probably just jinxed myself!!) These pictures are from her first night in her big girl crib. You can tell she wasn't too happy about it but she didn't cry for long. My mom got her this book and it's adorable.

Design Work

One of my best friends, Laura Money, designed McNeill's birth announcements and our wedding save the dates, invitations and programs. She is so talented! Laura also made this banner for my baby shower. Laura is expecting a baby girl in September. Can't wait to meet Emma Scott!!

So blessed...

Drew and I are blessed to have so many friends who are also having babies. We don't live far from Kinnery and Luke so this morning me and Kinnery took McNeill and Quinn for a walk. It was such a beautiful morning!!



Over the past week McNeill has really started smiling. This morning she was loving looking at herself in the mirror on her swing. Sweet Aunt Connie, I mean Holly Beth, got her this adorable gown. :)

Hi, I'm 6 weeks old!

Busy weekend!

What a busy weekend we had! My birthday was Friday and a family friend from Arab came down to keep McNeill so Drew and I could have a date. It was so nice!! Not only was McNeill the best birthday gift in the world but she decided to give mommy something extra... She slept from 7-10, 11-5, and 6-9!!

We had baby showers for Mary Catherine on Saturday and Sunday. I can't believe our little girls are going to be so close in age. I can't wait for Anna Scott to get here!!

Happy Thursday!

I hope everyone has had a good week. Yesterday I came into McNeill's nursery to find Lucy all curled up in McNeill's boppy! Lucy has adjusted really well to McNeill (much better than we thought!). She doesn't pay her much attention. I am sure this will be a different story when McNeill is big enough to pull Lucy's hair.



This is McNeill playing in her crib. McNeill spits up a lot so she always has a bib on! She is really alert these days and doesn't look like a newborn anymore. I can't believe how big she has gotten!!



Last night, Holly Beth was sweet enough (and brave enough) to come keep McNeill so Drew and I could go to church together. It was great to be able to go to church. She also made me a cake and decorated it beautifully. Thanks Holly Beth!!

Beach Trip...

We are own our way home from McNeill's first beach trip. We went to Dauphin Island with Drew's family. It was a nice getaway with lots of free babysitters so Drew and I were able to catch up on some much needed sleep. McNeill was so good. She was definitely in "beach mode." Last night she ate at 9:45, went to sleep at 10:30 and didn't wake up to eat until 3:30 and then went right back to sleep!! I didn't take many pictures while we were there because I was in "beach mode" too, but here is one picture of sweet baby chilling in her bouncy seat wearing a Polo outfit from her Aunt Leigh Leigh.
